Backup to multiple segments - not CD/DVD!

Are there any backup programs that will create multiple backup segments, aside from to DVD/CD? I'm backing up to an SMB volume with a 4gb file size limit (Terastation Home Server) and need a backup program that can divide the backup into segments. I've got Windows software that does this, but can't find any on the Mac.
