I'm looking for some other financial software for Mac other than Quicken. I saw Liquid Ledger on Apple's site. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or has tried any other software. It's just for personal finance tracking, so I don't need any fancy accounting software. Thanks for any help in advance!

You might take a look at Cha-Ching. I've heard good things about it from several people, and the price is good.

Yes, this has been a long standing issue. Quicken and most others seem to make an unacceptable Mac version of their financial software. I'm not quite sure what's really wrong and why Quicken chooses to make the Mac versions so poor.
You may want to try MYOB. I hear this one is the best. They are at Macworld SF every year.

MYOB = expensive + slow
That's my experience, anyway. It's also business-focused (e.g., the main interface includes clients and invoices), just as a side note.

GnuCash seems to be pretty well liked. Unfortunately, it only runs in the X11 environment on OS X, I don't think anybody has ported it to Aqua yet.

I use MYOB accountEdge to run my business, and it's definitely *not* for personal finances.
Try one of these (My Money Minder seems to be popular).

Do any other personal finance apps do online banking? Quicken is annoying for a lot of things, but I'm kind of hooked on it for keeping track of my balances and transactions for my checking account. But it's horribly annoying that they can't just give the online features of the Mac version feature parity with Windows; a lot of banks only deal with the Win version for at least some kinds of accounts. I have an investment account that Quicken can't touch.
And I'm trying to remember why the hell I "upgraded" from Quicken 2005 to 2007.. Guess I thought since it has .Mac backup (kinda useful) and a Dashboard widget (who cares), they might also have figured out how to use my keychain instead of the "Quicken PIN Vault," but no such luck..
I'm sorry, that was a mostly useless post, but I would like to hear answers to the question I opened with..

Before I moved to Mac, I'd been using Microsoft Money for several years. All Microsoft bashing and whatnot aside, it was a good piece of software and did what I wanted it to do.
I've had a good look around for any Mac financial software which has as much functionality as MS Money did, but sofar haven't found anything. If anyone can suggest something then this would be greatly appreciated.
I'll edit this post shortly to include a list of all the money apps I could find.

While we're on the subject, any good program for tracking investments? I've been a BlueChip fan for along time but they have turned to vaporware...

B Gallagher, I actually agree with you, I liked Microsoft Money better than Quicken as well.
MYOB is great, its not for personal finances.
I've tried many of whats out there for Mac and Moneydance is probably my favorite. Its crossplatform and offers online banking functionality, though I dont use that currently. Moneydance 2007 - Personal Finance Manager for Mac, Windows, and Linux
If you dont like it, I'ved tried iCash, Checkbook and iBank, but MD was superior IMO
For other choices in both personal finance and investement software, just use the link someone else provided from versiontracker and find one that works for ya
