iWeb Templates Don't Show Up

I just installed iWeb 1.1.2 on my PowerBook G4, and when I open iWeb the templates don't show up. Menu items are dimmed, so I can't open a new site or new page. Sounds like it should be an obvious fix, but I'm stumped.

Anybody have a solution?
