Hi,

I want to change the color of the rectangle that indicates which cell is currently in use. I'm using excel 2004 and the rectangle is colored light blue and is difficult to see after some time, i'd like the option of trying to change it to other colors that are easier to see. Any suggestions? I've searched the archives, googles etc. but no luck. thanks for your help,

That's actually not controlled by Excel, but by your Appearance System Preference. Just open System Preferences and change your 'Highlight Color' to the color you prefer.
