Hey there-

Got my first mac this week (lovin' it). I tried looking up how to remotely access my windows comp (home) from my mac laptop (work). I've seen a few different things and basically would like to know what is the easiest way, and/or best software (if needed).

It won't be used for anything hardcore, just basic access to the desktop/programs.

Thanks for your time-
Mike

VNC server on your Windows machine, port forwarding on your router at home to direct requests on port 5900 or 5901 (whichever you would be using) to your Windows machine.

K. The Windows part is cake. I'm just not too sure how to go about connecting to that from the mac. SORRY!
