Ok I found quite a few programs to download (softphone) for my mac g5. But now I have a very annoying problem! Everytime I try to download MAC SOFTWARE...it saves it as a .exe file instead of a dmg file??? What is going on? The download dialog box says I am downloading a dmg file but it shows up as a .exe file on my desktop???

This is not just with one program.... almost everything i try to download ..downloads as a .exe file?

Any ideas???

Grrrr just when I find a program I want to use!

Are you using Firefox? If so, it is a known bug in Firefox if recent MacFixIt discussions are anything to go on. Try using a different browser.
