I seem to have a problem with Gmail. I use iCal to send me e mail reminders for peoples birthdays etc. If I use my .mac account it all works fine. If I use gmail they never arrive. They are in my outbox in Mail but there is nothing in my in box. If I send myself an e mail using gmail from Mail (a lot of mails in that sentence!) it doesn't arrive but if I send one from google's gmail site it arrives ,but only on the site "mirror" of my account.

Anyone else have this problem? I have checked my Gmail settings but see nothing obviously wrong.

in mail yes but not directly in Gmail, unfortunately (or fortunately) I have an empty spam box there as well.
