iPhoto is really busting my balls with its resizing slider. I can't seem to have two columns of photos. If I move the slider all the way to the right, I get full window photos. If I move the slider even one pixel to the left, I get three columns, not two. And even those three columns are not full size. There is tons of wasted space. Another pixel bring it to four columns with no wasted space. Is there a way I can adjust this so I can have nice bigger 3 column views? And a way I can do 2 column views just... like at all?

Heres a visual of what I mean.
Slider all the way to the right:

Slider one pixel away from all the way to the right:

You reached the maximum "thumb"-size (see the "Data" folder in your iPhoto folder). That's why iPhoto doesn't make the pictures larger in 3 columns and that's why it doesn't make 2 columns. The pictures would still just have the maximum size with even more space inbetween.

Move the slider all the way to the right>>>> move it one step the the left (3 pics wide)>>> then risize the iPhoto window to give you a 2 column view
