How can I back up Mail, Address Book, & iCal (Which Folders)?

I have been using Entourage for a long time but just switched to the Mail/Address Book/iCal combo. I use ChronoSync to do a small nightly backup which covers my folders such as Documents so that they are backed up every 24 hours. I knew which folders to use for Entourage but my question is:
Which folders does Mail, iCal, and Address Book use so that I can back up these data folders?

iCal and addressbook both have 'backup' features in the file menu. For Mail, go to the User/library/Mail and copy the entire Mail directory.
