alm desktop not working properly

	I use Palm Desktop on my G5 as a way of reminding me of tasks to be done. It was working properly until I did an Archive & Install of the Mac OS (10.4.9). Palm Desktop starts up and locates its User Data. BUT it no longer warns me of Events. Anyone know why this may be? I have tried all the obvious things like uninstalling the palm software and then reinstalling it.
