Hi everyone. I'm a mac newbie..

Just wondering what you guys use for MSN? I recently downloaded Messenger:mac and i think there might be a better version around. Is aMSN the way to go? Thanks for your help.

I cant stand any of the MSN apps. But out of them all, aMSN seems the least detestable. Or, use iChat via Jabber. A bit of a palaver to set up, but once done it works pretty good, If rather basic.

aMSN or Mercury Messenger will do the job.

Adium all the way. I can't say enough good things about it. I use it for AIM and Google Talk as well, but it supports more stuff.

The only downside is it doesn't support video with other MSN folks, so Mercury Messenger is a good route if you're set on video chat, thought it's kind of buggy. Skype works too, but not with other clients.
