I have had this problem recurring now and again wherein my network settings disappear and i can't get them back.
These settings should be auto detected each time. It just says "error joining the airport network 'belkin 54g' "
I have an ibook running OSX 10.3.9 and a belkin 54g router.
The router is connected and I am able to access the internet on my other mac (and 3 other PC's in my house) which is wired to the router.

As I said I have had this problem before and have spent much time trying to get it back online (last time it was on my Power Mac desktop). I can never remember exactly what I had to do to fix it or if it just fixed itself.

Any suggestions? Anyone had similar problems?
