I just moved to a BlackBerry and PocketMac using OSX 10.3.9 and a BB 8800.
Synching with Address Book works fine, but iCal synching is a mess, all repeated events - birthdays, projects, appear a day early on the BlackBerry. Overwriting the device to correct it does not work, I usually then get the wrong dates on the Mac as well. IAA PocketMac do not respond to emails at all in spite of the glowing testimonials about their technical support on their website...
Date & Time are set correctly - timed events synch with the correct date & time.
RIM have been very helpful on the phone, but are mystified so far. Trying with Entourage also produced the same kind of mess.
I have purged the data, done a complete clean re-install etc, but get the same result.
The PocketMac Sync Clean utility only gives me the 'Clean Sync Services Files' option (OSX 10.4) and not the 'Clean PocketMac Files' one.
Stickies application does not sync at all, and clicking on the Advanced options in this and Email cause PocketMac Sync Manager to hang.
Any ideas very gratefully received!!

I haven't heard great things about PocketMac. Have you thought about trying the Missing Sync product? Their Palm product is pretty good.

There is a Time Zone support tick box in iCal's preferences.

Check your calendar programme (incl. Entourage) to ensure time zones are correct.

Time zones are correctly set as far as I can see.
Timed events sync OK, it is repeating all day events that screw up.
I don't use Entourage, but had a go, added a 3 day repeat and overwrote the BB. Result was an infinite repeat on the BB and the same in Entourage after synching!

Problem is I am on 10.3.9, Missing Sync needs 10.4.8. I had big problems in the past with it and my Treo 650 so have been wary!
