problem with torrent programs

I'm having problems with using torrent programs. i am not sure on which program i should use since most programs are window's based. can anybody point me in the right direction?

You should be able to use Azureus with ease.

Make sure you set up port forwarding, if you have a home network or router.

I recently ditched Azureus for Transmission.

Much nicer, and much less of a CPU hog.

Has a really nice feature in letting you cut off seeding after a fixed upload ratio.

Trasmission for the light stuff, Azureus when I need fine tuning.
However I have my hopes up for uTorrent, it's an excellent client, currently for Windows only, on it's way to the Mac.
