I have a full .mac account. If I get my wife an email only account will she be able to subscribe to my published Address Book or does she also have to have a full .mac account?

I have the same set up as you. My wife has an e-mail only account and she can subscribe to my .Mac shared address book. She can't share hers with me though unfortunately.
