I am a new member and thus this may not be the correct forum. Please forgive me. However, I have a MacBookPro G4. I recently bought a travel trailer and want to do a little travel in retirement. The problem is, is there any software that can be downloaded to a Mac that would allow my Mac to function as a GPS Navigations system? PCs have it, surely the Mac World does, too. i'd check versiontracker.com and macupdate.com those are 2 of the biggest sites for mac software and you can search for freeware and shareware if you'd like.

I'm not sure if this is what you are asking, but there is Route Buddy that is used in connection with a GPS. Is this the kind of thing you are looking for? If not, can you be more specific as to what exactly you want to do?
