I have a low res image, but I need to get it looking sharper. Can someone help me? I have the png/jpg file. Can you increase the pixels in it?

There's no easy way to make a low-res image high-res, but you could try tracing it in Illustrator. That will give you a resolution-independent file.

You can increase the number of pixels in the image, but it will just make the image pixelated. It will need to be redrawn at a higher resolution to get more detail in.

Can any of you guys do this for me? Even for a small fee?

It would help much, much more than you know. If you send me your email, I will send you the png file.

You should try out this software that converts bit map to EPS: Silhouette: vectorization software for Macintosh and Windows

I got really good results from it converting a JPG logo I needed to get into vector format, and I think there's a ten day trial period to try it out in. Not every image will convert properly, but it worked well for me.

Send it to me or post it up somewhere for me to download. I'll see if I can help you out.
