Hello

okay. Recently I've found out that iTunes-lame doesn't no longer work with the latest iTunes version. Before that I always compiled lame on my own and it worked brilliant!! So what's next? Is there any really good alternative application?

I am looking for a way to convert a bunch of aif files (with ID3 tags) into mp3 lame format without loosing the ID3 tag. All aif files are already tagged within itunes. This procedure worked perfectly with iTunes-Lame! I've checked out Max and NMP3 Ripper. Both apps removing the ID3 tag from my aif files. It's a pity!

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

If nothing else works, you can always have a look at OldVersion.

hm, yeah this might be one solution. But downgrading is really inconvenient.
