Now that I am using coverflow more (and it is in my iPhone), I'd like to get all my imported music to have proper album covers. Is there an easy way to do this?

Otherwise, register an account at the iTunes Store - you don't have to buy anything, just register an account.

Then, go into the "Advanced" menu and select "Download Cover Art". This will search the iTunes store for all your music and download the cover art if it's available.

It only works with music that's ON the iTunes store, but you don't have to buy (or have bought) that music for iTunes to find and get the album art for you.

I have been using a variety of other methods, including MusicMatch's CDDB search functionality to get album art for stuff that is not on the iTunes site. This isn't always effective because CDDB isn't all-inclusive. I've wound up copying thumbnails from Amazon, DeepDiscount, and other CD selling sites and manually importing them for some of my more esoteric (or just off the wall) CDs' artwork. And when all else fails, I scan the front of the CD booklet and import the picture that way.

I would love to see iTunes add the cover art to each music file (that's a standard MP3 tag), but if you're just using the music in iTunes and on your iPod, the way it works now is just fine.
