I was just trying to "clean up" my daughter's Powerbook. But when I try to get rid of cookies there is no "security" in the preferences pane, only the ability to change font sizes. Using 2.0.4. Anyone else have this happen or know a fix?

Is the toolbar at the top showing at all? If not, click the white capsule in the top-right.

Wow.. Why do they let us hide that toolbar? The prefs become useless..
