I've scoured the net for this and can't find the right answer:

Now that I've got an iPhone and use CoverFlow all the time I'm seeing a number of podcasts with no artwork embedded. These include Meet the Press, Fresh Air, All Things Considered, etc. Is there away I can tell iTunes to always use a certain image as artwork for each episode? Or do I have to do it manually (i.e. attach an image to every single new episode every day / every week)???

Anybody have any clue?
