I'm guessing demoed on Tuesday and released at or around the same time as Leopard....

I have to believe that the new iLife will come installed on the new iMacs. There's no way Apple will release new iMacs now, expecting those buyers to purchase upgrades to both Leopard and iLife'08 in October. No way.

I'll quote you on that, because, in fact, the new iMacs will be released now precisely to combat the pre-Leopard slump in sales.
Successfully.

I just looked on the Apple site and it doesn't list iLife as coming installed with either the iMac or Mac Mini.

The new iMac can always ship with Leopard when Leopard comes out and not ship Tuesday. Apple's never had any problems announcing a new machine and shipping it months later.

It depends on Apple's definition of Mac-related. Does that mean only Macs, or any software that comes with, too?
Perhaps the new Macs will come with the Leopard Front Row... I really hate the four huge icons that come up in the current version... Anyway, wrong thread, so yeah... tuesday looks like a possiblity.

Any coincidence that MS Office for Mac has also been delayed until 08?

My crackpot theory: iLife and iWork are one thing, releasing near August 7th, and Microsoft is releasing later to avoid conflict.
