Question: I found a 4GB folder in my iPhoto Library titled "IPod Photo Cache". Is it safe to remove this folder while iPhoto is not running?

I assume the files are some kind of optimization so the iPod HD doesn't have to spin like crazy to show the thumbs. Thing is I don't have the iPod in question anymore...

Thanks,
Phil
