In putting everything I think I'll need on my new iMac, I went to Flip4Mac's site to get the WMV converter for Quicktime. Now they talk about "trial versions" and the like. What is up? Am I misreading this or have they gone all commercial?

No, the WMV decoder is free, but when you download it you get a lot of trial-stuff with it. Just delete them.

I went back and reread that piece on the page. It talks about the free WMV player from Microsoft, not from Flip4Mac. Big confusion for me there! I downloaded and ran the player and all went well without any "partial decoding" crap that I'd thought I would see.
