Location Manager that changes iTunes libraries

I was thinking that it would rock if there was a Location manager like for example NetworkLocation or MarcoPolo, that would change the itunes library I'm using depending on the way I'm connected or the network I'm connected to.. I dont think this exists yet..I think it would be helpful when you have a laptop with an external drive when at home.

what do you guys think?
