Keyboard shortcut stopped working for firefox and safari

	I'm not sure when it happened, but I can no longer use the cmd+opt+right arrow to go to the next tab. The previous tab shortcut still works (cmd+opt+left arrow). I tried using the extension that lets you config the keys, but it wont even let me choose cmd+opt+right arrow as a hotkey. It works in my admin account, but not in my daily use account. How can I get this working again?
