I finally set up my computer so that two Users exist (me and my girlfriend).
The two of us share the same iPhoto and same iTunes. I want to be able to add either music or photos while logged into either account.

I've read online that all i have to do is take my iTunes Folder and put it into the Shared folder. I've done this (and then went to advanced tab and selected the new location of the music folder). But it doesn't work. iTunes keeps opening up a blank music box.

what am i missing here?

Directions exist to do that for iPhoto too... Google it.

I tried to do the same for my parents iMac, but gave up after 2 days of frustration. iTunes/iPhoto just aren't designed for multi-user setups.
