Hi there,
I hope this is in the correct forum - if not, then I apologise!
I am using an online tutorial for Dreamweaver CS3 from Lynda.com. At the moment I cannot see any of the tutorials - I can hear them, the sound is OK, but there are no visuals. All I see is the QuickTime logo for a couple of seconds when I click on a tutorial, then nothing but a blank white screen with the moving sound bar ...
FireFox works OK as does Camino (although I do see the QuickTime logo with a question mark in Camino but it works OK)
Can anyone out there throw a 'shaft of light' on this problem - and is there a fix?
Thanks for any help

I have since tried downloading and reinstalling Quick Time 7.2 but still have the same problem (see previous post) when using Safari.
Looks like I will have to use FireFox until I can find a fix ....

Still haven't found that elusive fix .... Anyone got any ideas?

Go to /Library/Internet Plug-Ins, and you'll see QuickTime Plugin.plugin and a duplicate called QuickTime Plugin.webplugin. Just delete QuickTime Plugin.webplugin, restart Safari, and it should work again.
