Having trouble w/ the Flash plug-in ...

Hey guys.

I'm using a 2.5 year old G4 iBook w/ Tiger, all OS updates too. My daughter went to the Disney Channel site and it told her we need the Flash software. Odd as it was already installed and had been working. So I go to Macromedia and install the PowerPC version, seems to install fine. Even restart Mac. Now every site that used Flash tells me I still don't have it installed, both Safari and the latest Firefox. I installed Flash again (version 9 I think) still the same.

Any ideas? I've never run into this before.
