Hi there,

I set up Mail.app to connect with the company's 2003 Exchange Server. Unfortunately, it's downloading the Public folder emails but not my email.

What am I doing wrong?

Mail has difficulties with using multi-node Exchange servers where the servers are load balanced in a round-robin fashion...

Do you have more than one Exchange server in your environment? Do your admins have IMAP and/or OWA enabled?
