With a Canon HV-20 (on its default setting) and Final Cut Express HD, is the correct project setting 1080i50 or 1080i60?

1080i60 (60 is double the 30 fps for interlacing). I believe i50 is for PAL (2 x 25 fps).
I am stupidest when I try to be funny.
