Howdy. Search didn't turn anything. I'm interested in a shareware/software program to track car milage and maintenance records? Any recommendations? Anything available. A google search kept turning up programs for windows.

Lack of ability ... in adequacy .... Don't want to re-invent the wheel? I'm new to the Mac but I have found several programs to meet my needs; ibank for banking, Seasonality for my weather data fixation, RouteBuddy for mapping GPS (not quite primetime yet but it will be I think), 3 different flavors of book, music, movie collecting software, BodyJournal for health records, medications, etc (company in state of flux at present?)

I guess I figure that there is one out there ... car records, milage ... but google has failed me in my searching

Thanks for any info ... bruce

What do you actually need to track? There must be something, but a spreadsheet ought to do this, no? I mean, you're not tracking a fleet of vehicles are you? Or are you?

Mileage ... simple entry of odometer reading, gallons of gas, and cost/price. Also, service intervals, with expenses, other repairs/costs, perhaps able to create a graph of car expenses ... individually and a total for 3 cars.

I would think excel or numbers could do this pretty easily - there's probably even a template out there somewhere.
