Am I missing something, I don't seem to seen any integration of the two.

I would think this would be a great opportunity by apple to offer some sort of plug-in to have an iCal calendar object be inserted into iweb for publishing.

I understand that I can publish it to the web, but it only gives me the url. I'd like to embed the calendar in my .mac web page. Is there a way to do it?

Is there any scripts that I could use to do that. I've been looking for an open source solution so that I could perhaps customize it to my needs.

You should be able to publish your calendar and then add a feed box to your site in iWeb.

I would think that you could treat it similar to an RSS feed.
