And its not officially supported.

But it works!

I'm actually really disappointed with the new mail interfaces in Yahoo! and AOL/Netscape mail. They're so, so bloated and slow (especially on my ancient 466MHz iBook). The fancy context menu is somehwat handy, but I still end up coming back to Gmail's interface - it's clean, simple, and runs great on any machine.

I actually ended up switching back to the "classic" interface in Yahoo! mail - just runs better on my iBook and my much faster laptop and desktop.
For all the trash I talk, I sure own a lot of Macs...

I've only had problems with taking too long to connect, and it suggests I use the older site. But I haven't used it heavily yet.

And I guess it's the All New Yahoo! Mail. No longer a beta.

I use Gmail mostly, but with Mail's interface. Better than any of them.

Agree completely. I hate Netscape mail’s new ‘fancy’ look with a passion. It’s buggy as hell, slow as hell, makes every browser I’ve tried it in crash regularly, and just to top it off, it’s ten times uglier than the ‘classic’ look. And of course, the ‘classic’ look is not accessible anymore, either. Or rather, it is; but every time you reload the page (or click a link), it takes me back to the login screen of the ‘fancy’ look.

Yahoo!’s is better, but I think I still prefer the old version.

I’m guessing you’re all referring to Safari 3, though, not 2? ’Cause Yahoo! still tells me my browser is incompatible.

I'm using Safari 3, and it would make sense that it's only supporting 3.

Is anybody else still not getting the new Yahoo Mail? I'm in Safari 3 right now looking at the old interface.

It doesn't work for me with Safari 3. Clicking the "Testen Sie das neue Yahoo! Mail" link redirects a bunch of times and then back to the old one.

Did you click the “All-new mail” link in the top right corner?

Yeah, then I clicked the "Try it now!" button and it took me back to the same old interface.

Its pretty weird that not all can use it. I've been using it a bit more and its working perfectly. My only problem, and its a major problem, is that when loading certain pages, especially while initially getting to it, if I'm in another tab, it pops me over to Yahoo!...

Annoying.
