I have a really small HD, 30 GB, and a lot of songs, a few movies, and games. So I once went around deleting all of the applications I didn't use for the extra space, thinking I could install them again. Now that I'm seriously thinking about getting a new Mac though, I want to practice using all of the apps on this Mac first. So I installed most of them back using Pacifist, but I can't seem to find which disc contains iWeb.

Any idea which one it would be on?

I have the iBook G4 Install Discs
A Mac OS X Tiger Disc
And an iBook G4 reboot disc from the person I got the iBook from.

None seem to contain iWeb.

I know that, but I don't have those discs. The iLife apps are on both the G4 Install Discs and the Tiger Upgrade Discs. I was able to get all of them back except iWeb. I can't seem to find it. I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was even on there, or if I'm looking for something that can't be found.

Which version of iLife was on your iBook's system restore discs? iWeb only came with iLife '06 and later.

Also, you don't need to use Pacifist. You can install the bundled applications separately with with included installer.

Not sure which version of iLife, but I've got iMovie 5.0, GarageBand 2.0, iDVD 5.0, and iPhoto 6.0.

Awesome, thanks. Maybe I'll find it that way.

Nope, you won't find it that way at all because there is no iWeb to find. Your Mac came with iLife '05. iWeb was introduced with iLife '06.

If you really had it, then you must have an iLife '06 DVD floating around.
