I've been searching around the "help" categories for auto mail and applescripts, but could find only how to automatically "reply". What I'd like to do is to be able to send email reminders to myself at a specific time on a daily basis. Anyone know who to do that?

Why don't you use iCal for reminders?

It can show them directly as dialogs; and it can also send e-mails.
