I need to convert my DV movies to mp4. What is the best way? Is there a good free converter available for download somewhere?

Thanks!

Does it come with all Macs? I thought those iLife apps only came with the consumer machines.. i.e. not the towers.

I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

The only thing I'm concerned though......when you convert a DVD to mp4 in Handbrake you get pretty good resolution like 720 but when I tried convert a DV in iMovie it was only something like 320. I don't know much about video, can someone please explain this to me? Will the quality still be good?

Thanks!

You can use custom settings (at least I think so - haven't personally verified that in iMovie '08).
