I have four e mail accounts, of which two are hosted at one ISP, one with .Mac and one is hosted at my Company.
.Mac and Company work fine, but my ISP hosted accounts do not store any e mails I send, since I loaded Leopard.
I have tried reinstalling the accounts, changing the location of 'Sent' mails (via Mailbox-->Use this mailbox for-->Sent) with no joy. Since my hosting Company has made no changes, I conclude the problem is in Leopard mail, but only specific to certain types of mail hosting software.
Anyone else got this problem? Anyone found a fix?
As a temporary solution I am using Entourage, which is fine, but I would much prefer to use Mail.

I bcc: myself on every message and throw away all the "sent" messages. Because they don't include stamped headers and thus they are very, very troublesome if you ever change mail clients.

Thanks for the tip - can you bcc yourself automatically, or is it manual?

Easy.
Mail -> Preferences -> Accounts -> Special Mailboxes for that account

How is bcc'ing yourself different to just saving the sent message?

What I'm saying is that despite ticking the box to store sent messages on the server, it does not happen. I know several other people who have this problem.
