Does anyone know of any freeware for OS X Tiger/Leopard that will burn VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS files, as well as dual-layer discs? Basically, I'm looking for a freeware version of Toast, if that exists.

i'm not sure if if burn will work but it's worth checking out: Burn

DVD Imager will create image files from VIDEO_TS folders that you can then burn using Disk Utility.
