Can someone please help me out. I was trying out crossover from codeweavers, only to find out that it takes control of any file that remotely resembles a PC (i.e., my parallels shortcuts, xp drivers for my projector, any .exe downloads). I have no idea how to get it to stop and I'm getting really desperate b/c:
(1) there's nothing about how to stop this from happening in their FAQs;
(2) they don't let you post in their forum unless you buy the product.

Go analog and call them. They are responsible for their demo's.

Howdy,

CrossOver works exactly like any other Mac application. So if you pick a file
in question and hit Command-I or File...Get Info, you'll see the information about
what application will open a given file. You can set your preferences there at any time.

Also, as indicated on the trial page and the trial email you should have gotten,
