Photoshop GUI Looks Messy w/ Leopard

When using Photoshop CS3 under Mac OS X Leopard, the interface looks blurry in some parts (look at screenshot) such as the black arrows do in the toolbar:
What gives? How can I make this look normal? I'm not seeing this in Illustrator or any other CS3 app, only in Photoshop for some reason......
Thanks,
Mason

Photoshop has NEVER used a standard GUI for the Mac. Instead, they use their own resources. Having said that, Mine doesn't do that. I'm in graphite though.

OK, but how can this be fixed? It wasn't like this in Mac OS X Tiger.

In order for me to tell you how to fix it, it would have to be that way on my machine, then I would have to fix it. Since it's not, I can't.

You are running Mac OS X Leopard, correct? Is there some way to clear caches in Photoshop?

So, there's no way that you know of to clear caches/perform maintenance in Photoshop?

Well that would have nothing to do with a cache in Photoshop...
You on a Intel or PPC? What resolution?

I'm on an Intel Core Duo iMac w/ 1400 x 900 resolution, look at my signature for more info.

I get the same on a PB G4+20" Cinema Display. Slider controls also tend to be surrounded by a grey box and distorted.
Illustrator is fine here too.

Yeah didn't notice this until you just said...
But unlike Kevin I have the same problem whether I'm in Blue or Graphite.

I thought that CS3 was assumed to not work with Leopard?

By whom? Adobe not wanting to support it officially?
CS3 has worked fine (except some issues with spaces and dual monitors for me) in the majority of the developer builds.
