Hi
Anyone know a reason why these might not play well together on a 17" Intel MacBook Pro. Seems to be running very slow on a friends Mac, very sluggish to launch and plenty of hot beachball action.

I've binned the prefs file, rebooted from the CD and run permissions etc. I can only think that since the slowdown was after upgrading that either the app doesn't like 10.4.10 or the install went bad.

I think the former since my friend also has a MacBook which she keeps as a mirror of her MPB (she doesn't like taking it out) and it's the same on that Mac too.

Both Macs have 1GB of RAM which we are upspeccing to 2, but I tested the MPB with extra RAM from my MPB and ith didn't seem to make a significant difference.
