So far looking around on the net and the forums here about the beta release of Office 2008 for Mac that there are a number of changes, but when it comes to Entourage 2008, the only change is some looks and so far (yes we know it's in beta) but does not seem like MS has listen to the public about the want/need of a proper working Exchange side to Entourage.

Though it's in Beta, I have the feeling that this is not a function that's locked down, but rather something that was left out.

I just finished looking at Office 2008 and though looks a bit better for Entourage, the looks and some setting changes is the only change and nothing too big.

I have a few computers at my desk and the only reason I have a PC at my desk is because I need Outlook for our exchange service's.

Has anyone else heard of any leaked news about MS Office 08 having more Exchange support once released?

I think the MacBU has been quiet on Entourage for this exact reason. They've been showcasing Excel, Word, PowerPoint and My Day like crazy but yet, Entourage seems to be the bastard step child in this release. Sure, they've added the "Out of Office" replies, but nothing note worthy.
