HI folks. Newbie here, so I apologize if I miss any details that would help answer my question.

My problem is switching between applications, Flash CS3 to be exact . You know how you are on one app and you need to go to another or need to touch on the desktop, then jump back on the original app you were working on, it would just happen spontaneously ? well.. my Flash CS3 just decided to take a bit longer to jump back to whenever I touch on something outside of it. Color Spin wheel would spin almost 8 seconds before Flash is active again. It only happens to FLASH. And I notice from ACTIVITY MONITOR, CPU usage is extremely high when I jump back to Flash for that 5-8 seconds.

No problem before today and I didn't do anything special or added any large files or anything to the machine. I do use SPACE in Leopard, but with or without SPACE, this problem still happen.

I am on a Macbook pro 2ghz dualcore , with 2gb ram... with 128mb vram. hardrive still have 20gb free space.

I've tried uninstalling Flash and reinstalling, but no help. What would you suggest ? Thanks !

Try using the Expose "Desktop" function, also make sure you do not have to many running applications.
Repairing permissions may help too.

HI.. Thanks Moonmonkey.. I actually have tried all those ,but still the same. I also tried clearing cache and those sort of thing. It'll still lag even if that's the only app running.. It's really a drag when u're working and need to access other things a lot and have to wait those mere seconds each time
