preview crashing when editing...

	interesting that this is happening for me on 2 macs; on an intel mac (archive&installed), and on a G4 (clean install). editing colors on images on both machines in Preview causes a beachball, then an unexpected quit. while i can certainly edit in iphoto, would like to figure this out. anyone have similar issues, or have any ideas??
