Anyone know if there is a way to set the background colour of an email message in Apple's Mail.app?

If you're using Tiger, the only way to do it is to create your mail as an HTML document, preview it in Safari, and then press Command+I to email the web page.

I haven't upgraded to Leopard yet, so I can't help you if you're running Leopard.
