My daughter has chaged to a Mac and got a Mac early for X'mas. she has her email thru Comcast and I was wondering how to change to mail appl. so that she will get her emails since all her friends and family use the established account (I use comcast at the office)---and we both(she is 15) are not very mac savy

The first time you open Mail.app it will take you through all the different settings which are required. Your ISP will have a list of the settings required to set up this program with your e-mail account(s). Good luck.
