Just installed Photoshop Elements 4.0 on my macbook (OS Leopard).
When I start the program it stops with the message "The program Photoshop Elements has stopped ..."

Have created a new admin user and installed while logged in from the new user. Then logged back to regular user. Same problem.

Can somebody help me?

According to Adobe Elements on Leopard is "likely to encounter issues for which there is no resolution." Luckily they have a solution for you: buy CS3.

Does any one have experience with Photoshop elements working with Leopard on a Power Mac?

Guess you n00bs didn't search first.
There's already a thread here with virtually an identical title:

Let's use the one Hal has linked to. It's older and more informative.

Gabre, please feel free to bump that one.
