I have just signed up for .Mac for my Tiger Macbook. Wanted to use it for backup of my disk while I mulled about Leopard. (Have only been a Maccie since Sept)
Really though the terrible failure rates on backup to iDisk makes it a terrible app to use and really unuseable. I have 4.GB free and just 1.5GB to backup but the thing just goes through the motions of checking files/checking available spce and then coming up with a message after 10 secs saying Backup Failed. As follows....

Acquired a destination for the backup.
End backup at 2007-12-28 14:25:24.332 +130
Admittedly it is an incremental backup and there might not be much more than a few Entourage mails but if so why does it say backup Failed on the log?
There is a main backup on the idisk from first attempts from a few weeks ago
Anybody had this problem?
