I am using the most recent Chicken of the VNC version (v2.0b4) to log onto remote Macs from my work MBP. Everything works fine except mouse button emulation.
I've tried setting all kinds of mouse button emulation in the "Connection Profiles..." menu, but it just doesn't seem to work. I wanted ctrl-click to emulate the right mosue button and cmd-click to emulate the center mouse button. But I can't get it to work.
What surprisingly does work is attaching a Mighty Mouse to the MBP and using the MM scroll ball click to emulate a right click on the remote Mac. That's an OK workaround for the contextual menus, but what can I do when I'm on the road and don't have an external mouse with me?
Has anybody managed to get Chicken of the VNC 2.0b4 to emulate right clicks properly on remote Macs?
